Made-to-order policy
All products are 3D printed on-demand after order confirmation. Standard production and delivery time is 3-7 business days within Switzerland.
Refund policy
No refunds or exchanges are accepted except in the following cases:
- Product arrives damaged or defective due to production error
- Product breaks during shipping
- Wrong product shipped (our error)
Claims for damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
